As people talked about his uncommon transformation and development initiatives when I traveled to London for a course last year, I was desirous of making a personal trip to Akwa Ibom at my leisure time to see things for myself. Since I was transferred to Akwa Ibom few weeks ago, I then discovered that what people were saying are true about Gov Akpabio”, the commandant noted.
