Brazilian football star dies of ‘suspected heart problems’ during friendly match - CameroonOnline.org

A Brazilian football star and former team-mate of Emile Heskey has reportedly died of suspected heart problems.

Bernardo Ribeiro tragically passed away while playing for Brazilian club Friburguense yesterday – just two days after Cameroon international Patrick Ekeng died whilst playing for Dinamo Bucharest with a similar suspected problem.

The 26-year-old played alongside former England striker Heskey during the 2012/13 season at A-League side Newcastle Jets.
